Just when you need it the most, why is it the first thing crossed off the list?
When you are extra busy with work, heath or family issues - even all at the same time...
It is THEN you need to adhere to your self-care routine.
It's easy to put yourself last. You know you can bounce back. But would giving yourself just a small-bit of your usual routine ease some of the current stressors?
