Clients frequently describe to me what they cannot do, who they cannot be, and what will never happen. In reality, thoughts are fluid and transient. Thoughts are not facts. With this in mind, can you challenge the thought that upholds your belief? Beliefs are based upon thoughts you have had consistently over time.
