Before you begin, take a look within.

Evaluate your present level of Self-Care. How are you eating, sleeping, moving, connecting, and giving your self compassion? Rate your state.

Next, take a look at your self-esteem. Tune in and listen to your self-talk. Would you talk to others this way? How can you grow in your self-esteem and confidence?
